JRO2 Build

11/16 - Installed the pier plate and adapter for my mount

11/12 - Foam tile floor installed

11/8 - Finished stair railings

11/7 - Electrical secured

11/5 - Power washed and looking proud, back into an XL-5

11/4 - Started moving back in, completed electrical and LAN rough in, started installing Trex railings -2/3 complete

11/3 - Pod Moved, dome installed

10/31 - Begin POD move to new deck.  1/2 done!

10/28 - Moving contents of JRO into boxes so I can move the POD to the new deck

10/26 - Deck complete, ready for POD

10/25 - Stained stairs, almost the right color

10/17 - Finished installing posts & installed trim around deck

10/16 - Moved the pad and started making the stairs.  Cut all holes in   decking for posts.  Started installing posts.

9/23 - 9/24 Posts and Decking installed. (despite me tumbling off the deck on the 3rd board!)

9/22 - Posts set, beams installed, framing installed, blocking installed (a good day)  Ready for Decking!

9/21 - Stone arrived and I spread it all out.  Took apart the old roll-off structure, reusing the beams for the new deck.

9/18 - Covered up with weed block, ready for 7 tons of 3/4" stone

9/17 - electrical and lan roughed in, trench backfilled before the rain

9/15 - 9/16  mixed and poured about 40 x 80lb bags of quickcrete.  Footings, Pier and Pad are all done.  Done with concrete work!

9/13 - STILL Stalled from rain!  Hoping for a better weekend.

9/7 - Holes made, materials arrived, ready for concrete -covered up due to rain

9/2 - Marked out for QuickTubes, ready to make holes!  I have all the materials for building the new 12x12 deck coming Friday so it will be interesting to see how long this takes me to do.  I hope to do all the concrete work this weekend, weather permitting.
